Perennial Solar Project Public Meeting September 16th (Maryland)
Perennial Solar proposes to construct a solar project on two contiguous, privately-owned undeveloped agricultural properties, identified as Tax Map 23, Parcel 65 and Tax Map 23, Parcel 200. The project will occupy approximately 70 acres west of Greencastle Pike and south of Fairview Road, Hagerstown, Maryland, 1100 feet southwest of the intersection of Maryland Route 494 (Fairview Road) and Maryland Route 63 (Greencastle Pike).
The first evening hearing for the purpose of receiving comments from the public on the Application will be held on Wednesday, September 16, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via virtual meeting. If you would like to speak at the hearing, please send an email to email@example.com by 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2020. The meeting will be held through WebEx and participants will receive an email with the link to the virtual meeting.

Written comments on these matters may be submitted electronically or by first-class mail, on or before October 22, 2020. Comments submitted electronically must be submitted through the Commission’s Public Comment Dropbox, which can be accessed through the Commission’s website at www.psc.state.md.us. Commenters utilizing the Public Comment Dropbox are required to complete a one-time registration. All comments must include a reference to Case No. 9408.
