Community Energy is currently seeking a new team member to support the legal and business development teams in the closing of solar financing transactions. The Paralegal/Transactions Coordinator plays a central role in the most critical revenue generation activities of the company, serving as the glue for a team of legal and business professionals in multiple offices, ensuring all details are covered and deadlines are hit. This requires keen attention to detail and the sophistication to understand the nuances of closing complex financial transactions. There is a significant administrative component of the position while enjoying the excitement of a fast-paced transactional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree with 3 or more years of relevant experience or 10+ years of relevant experience
