Step 3 of 4: Review the Program and Sign Up Today!

Allegheny families and businesses in Pennsylvania now have the opportunity to join the Allegheny Renewable Energy Program and support the development of clean, renewable wind energy in our region.  When you sign up, a small additional charge to your monthly Allegheny Power electril bill will cover the added expense of delivering wind energy to the electric grid.

100% NewWind Energy®                        Available for $2.50 per 100 kWh block
In blocks of 100 kilowatt-hours (kWh)

Choosing 200 kWh per month covers approximately 20% of the monthly electric use for an average Allegheny Power customer.  Your wind energy charge will appear right on your monthly Allegheny Power electric bill.  You are ensured the same quality and reliable service as always.
