I agree to purchase WIND Power from ConEdison Solutions at a variable, market-based rate plus a two and one-half cent Wind Power premium. (The variable rate fluctuates every month based on the market price just like your utility rate.)

ConEdison Solutions will send a letter to me stating the details of my new electricity supply agreements. I can choose to discontinue service without penalty by contacting ConEdison Solutions, Attention: Residential Cancel, 701 Westchester Ave. White Plains, NY 10604. You can also discontinue as a ConEdison Solutions customer without a termination fee by contacting your regulated public utility.
