Community Energy’s First Electric Vehicle Charging Station Opens in PA

Community Energy was founded more than ten years ago on the mission to promote “fuel free” energy. Our newest clean energy endeavor, electric vehicle charging stations, offers an innovative way to make this fuel-free future a reality. There is real potential in this budding industry to redefine how the world travels by using clean, renewable energy.
In an early-stage effort to help make electric vehicles a reality, Community Energy has installed its first charging station near company headquarters on North Wayne Ave. in Wayne, PA – with two more locations coming to the Philadelphia region soon! The ribbon-cutting event, which marked the first EV charging station becoming operational, was held on December 5th with officials from Radnor Township.
Community Energy hopes that these charging stations will help raise public awareness about electric vehicles and their potential as a primary mode of transportation for the public. 100% the output of these stations will be matched with regional Pennsylvania wind energy credits in order to show the reality of truly emissions free transportation.
