Residential Rooftop Solar Update
In our last newsletter, we announced that we now offer residential customers the chance to have solar panels installed at their homes at no upfront cost through a Solar Lease. This has been an exciting new product offering for New Jersey and Massachusetts residents! We already have five households signed up who will have solar panels on their roofs as early as next month.
The Community Energy Solar Lease allows customers to lock in their monthly electric payment while promoting a clean energy future. By leasing the solar system rather than owning it, customers get the fixed-price benefit of fuel-free energy without the large upfront payment or hassle of system maintenance – Community Energy takes care of all that!
Solar Leasing offers a number of significant benefits:
• Be protected against rising utility rates
• Save the upfront cost of buying a solar system and pay as you go
• Support a clean and fuel-free electricity option with no carbon emissions
Solar leasing is an innovative next step for those who want to play an even more active role in promoting a clean energy future. If you are interested in the fixed priced and clean power benefits of on-site solar, please visit the CEI website at www.CommunityEnergyInc/SolarLease.
Interested but don’t live in New Jersey or Massachusetts? Community Energy is currently working on other innovative solar solutions throughout the northeast. If you’re interested in learning when we enter new territories, submit your information on our website at www.CommunityEnergyInc.com/solarinfo and we’ll make sure you’re one of the first to know. Stay tuned!
