Biography: Tess currently manages Community Energy’s Green Power Programs in New York State, and is based in CEI’s New York City office. She initially came to CEI as an intern in July 2006 and continued working in grassroots outreach in New Jersey. Before joining the team full time as a Program Manager, Tess promoted active lifestyles in the advertising department at Outside Magazine. She has a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies from Gettysburg College. Tess is committed to enabling residential and small business customers to make a difference in supporting the development of renewable energy in the United States.
