A Good Reason to Lose a Customer



Normally, we are never happy to lose a member of our renewable energy customer community.  This week, a long time customer in Virginia contacted me to cancel his service.  When I found out why, I was happy about it.  He was cancelling because he is now producing all of his own electricity at home using solar panels and a small wind turbine.

Is it December Yet? A Plan for Carbon Emissions that Works
